		<description>#14 Mentors.  One thought, we could use mentors for high school students too.  If we put a process in place it would be cool if mentored college students were strongly encouraged to themselves mentor high school students.  A college student who is both being mentored and mentoring would also be a strong source of feedback on how to create an effective mentorship program.</description>
