		<description>Something that helped me briefly with the small-important-muscles-are-weak problem was freeweights -- I happened to be rooming with someone who was really into lifting, and he helped me learn proper form for squat thrusts.  Squat thrusts on a machine at the gym strengthen the big muscle groups, but when you&#039;re balancing a bar on your shoulders and trying not to fall over, you gain a lot of strength in the little balancing muscles all over your body as well.  It&#039;s pretty cool.  Get a buddy, though; lifting alone is no fun.</description>
