You have so much compassion and dedication in what you do that brings you joy and fulfillment. You will be able to do more with a healthy body. As you have read from the "YOU, The Owner's Manual" by Dr. M Roizen, MD and Dr. M Oz, MD, and I quote "Studies have shown that the optimal amount is 7 to 8 hours per night for men, and 6 to 7 hours for women. And those need to be solid hours: You have to be snoozing about 2 and 1/2 hours in a row before your sleep becomes fully restorative. Inadequate sleep causes you to release less of the pleasure hormone serotonin in your brain. To compensate, you try to increase those levels with foods like sugar or harmful substances like tobacco. So ignoring sleep is like ignoring a leak in the roof - if you do, things will only get worse..."

So, my dear Mel,I know that you do aim to eat healthy but sleep is just as important and it maybe the most important thing for the body. You are like a speeding car going way over the speed limit. I am glad to read that you are looking for successors to some of your projects. That is very good to hear. While waiting for the successors, please slow down and cruise within the speed limit. Otherwise, you might get a "speeding ticket" and we, who cares a lot don't want that to happen to you. Take care, slow down and sleep. Love, 6-E

Hi Mel,
seems like you are enjoying your OLPC experience. Seems you have had more opportunities to reassemble XO's since our meeting at nycresistor. happy hacking and be sure to find the odd moment to recharge your batteries, the human ones ;-)
